It conforms to your back at -20 degrees Fahrenheit, 250 degrees, or anything in-between. Use the lumbar wrap as an aid with professional therapy, for minor muscle aches and pains, or for left back pain. The Lycra cloth cover can be removed for washing. The plastic cover inside makes the pad waterproof and easy to disinfect. Add a wet cloth between the hot pad and cloth cover for a moist heat.
